In-Store Policy

Businesses:  Business owners must bring a paper copy of their Texas Sales Tax and Use Permit and pay a $5.00 annual fee (in-store only) to buy wholesale. Businesses must be industry-related (e.g., florist, bakery, retail store, crafter, wedding coordinator) to be approved for wholesale purchases. Wholesale applications will be approved at management’s discretion.

The Saleplace will not sell wholesale to any businesses not related to the industry. We must protect those of you who are legitimate wholesale customers from those who are not. We have a $5.00 annual fee for in-store wholesale memberships and $10 fee for replacement cards if lost. Please ensure that you keep your card with you, as a $5 fee applies if the card is not present for account lookup.  Cards may not be shared, and each purchaser must have their own card.

Schools and Organizations: Organizations must pay with an organization check, credit, or debit card (cards must include the organization name) to receive wholesale prices. If paying by check, we will need the driver’s license and DOB of the signer written on the check. 

Online Policy

Wholesale Pricing: Online customers must qualify with our strict criteria and be approved at management’s discretion. Businesses must be related to the floral, craft, party, or baking industry and have a valid state-issued Sales and Use tax permit. Schools and Organizations must make payment using a pre-approved method and be paid by the organization (e.g., check or credit card, with the organization’s name printed on the check or card). The application will provide instructions for payment approval.  After creating an online account, please complete the application below. We will notify you within 10 days once your application is approved for wholesale pricing.

Notice: The Online Wholesale Application does not apply to in-store purchases. To receive wholesale approval for in-store purchases at the physical location, you must complete the Wholesale Application Form in the store.

Tax Exemption:  Organizations may be exempt from sales tax by completing the Tax Exempt Form. You must wait for approval in order to be exempt from sales tax. Organizations and Schools paying with a School Debit or credit card with the School or Organization Name printed on the card may be eligible for discounted pricing.
