Wholesale Requirements

Wholesale Criteria: Online customers must qualify with our strict criteria and be approved at management’s discretion. Businesses must be related to the floral, craft, party, or baking industry and have a valid state-issued Sales and Use tax permit.

Fulfillment Fee (online only): Due to our low profit margins on wholesale pricing, there will be a processing fee added to the order total. The fee is as follows: 15% for orders under $100, 10% for orders Up to $500, 7% for orders up to $1000, and 5% for orders over $1000. This fee allows us to sell at wholesale prices online, and you may avoid this fee by shopping in person at our store.

Membership Fee: A $5.00 wholesale membership fee to access wholesale pricing will be charged when applying. You will be refunded if your application is denied. You will receive a Saleplace Wholesale Dealer Card in the mail upon approval for use at the physical location (a $5.00 annual renewal fee is required for in-store shopping. You MUST have your card present in-store to receive wholesale pricing. A $5.00 "lookup fee" will be required for forgotten cards and a $10.00 replacement card will be charged if applicable).

Sharing Accounts (in-store): Cards may not be shared, and each purchaser must have their own card. You may purchase additional cards for approved buyers on your account for $5 each annually. This only applies to in-store customers shopping at our physical location.
